Re: The ups and downs

let's get one thing straight, buck is injured and needs time to heal. You can't just throw him in there and expect him to be lights out with a bad shoulder. jarious has always needed time to get going. just like last year where he started off slow and then heated up. this team is losing as a team. i...

Re: TV BLACKOUTS

TSN.ca wasn't working for me either. It worked for the montreal/winnipeg game but was lagging. Then when I tried to watch the lions game it says Sorry this product is only available in Canada. wtf I'm sitting right here in Vancouver and can't even watch the game online. tsn.ca needs to get there act...

Re: Official Game Day Thread

My prediction is Lions win 28-17. The score is a lot closer than the actual game though. I will be very very surprised if the Lions come out and play a game like they did last week, but I doubt they will.

White jerseys?

Why is it that the Lions were warming up in their white road jerseys. I know that teams wear there white road jerseys at home during pre season. Traditionally the lions have always worn black or orange at home, so why the white? or is it just a warm up thing?
Player of the game - Kelly Campbell.

Why couldn't we find a receiver like him??
We do have receivers like that. It's just that some of them haven't had a chance to showcase what they're about.

Re: Well Jarious or Buck

I'm really in the minority though but I happen to agree with Blitz. For some strange reason the road for a black quarterback has been tougher than a white quarterback from the grass roots up to the pros. Psychological facts show that it's easier for humans to identify and for them to want to be clos...

Re: Jamal Johnson

Is it just me or are some people on here acting as if Jamal's been released. He's still a member of this team and still a good linebacker. DD was injury prone, but when he was healthy he was deadly. The same can be said for Jamal Johnson. Maybe he's just one of those players that can never seem to e...

Is this the same Clarence Coleman that played for the Buffalo Bills a few years back?

Murphy would have no problems wandering alone at night. If you're picking someone to have your back, who better than the league's dirtiest player?

I guess the rest of the CFL still thinks Murphy and the rest of the o line are dirty.

Buck Peirce is a junior version of DD. I'd say sign JJ and let them battle it out for the #1 job. If you still can't decide I'd use them as a one - two punch and use both.

Why would you demote Jamal Johnson? have you ever seen him hit? sure he's had an injury or 2 but so has buck does that mean that you demote him? no. You would also want to hire a new O coach who would then come in a create a new O that will take some time to learn. Wally's has always kept his coache...

07 loss. We set a record for wins, had expectations of winning the cup again and fell short. If the lions had won on sunday they would have pretty much been assured a grey cup. the 05 loss was pretty bad to as it was in our own backyard but losing to Sask. at home in a game which the lions lost more...

Just some thoughts on the game: -It was the dumb ass cadets that started it up in the upper bowl, not the rider fans. -This game was won and lost in the turnover department. You can't turn the ball over 5 times and expect to win. -How is it that the O-line plays pretty good all season and in the mos...

Why do you riders fan care so much if about the whole Jimenez situation anyways. It didn't affect your player or your team. You can't say it's dirty all on hear say information, and even if he was to be suspended it would only be one game under the CBA. Plus if your team is so good then they shouldn...
