"I feel great," Tillman said. "I suffer from acid reflux and combined with what they think I might have, the manifestations are like a heart attack. It gives you perspective. We all race through life thinking we're invincible, but the doctor told me several times -- five times to be exact -- that I'm 50 now and exercise is not enough. I felt like I was on the receiving end of the Wally Buono commercial."
Once doctors determined Tillman would be fine, Regina returned to normalcy.
"I'm lying there, they've shaved a part of my chest, I've got all these things attached to me and medicine under my tongue, and we've got people sticking their head in the door asking Kent: 'How we going to do this weekend, Coach?'" said Tillman. "And I'm saying: 'Hey, I might be a decal on the helmet on Sunday, can we please focus here?'"
