Much or any build up of interest or hype for this upcoming (Dec. 2) game? Any chance of a good crowd showing up ?
UBC feature a few CanWest all-stars who are also rated as decent draft prospects for the next CFL draft (2 O-linemen + DE Korte-Moore); and their D has a couple of players already CFL drafted (LB Kwamou (Argos) and safety Herzog (Riders).
SFU are getting mostly killed as usual in US college ball (but won their last game); they may well have enough talent to beat UBC or make a very competitive game though ?
Nice job by Doman for bringing this game to help promote Canadian football in BC !

The new SFU stadium is probably too small for the crowd that this game should generate. As a UBC alum, I hope the Birds win handily. It would be a black mark on U Sports football for a Canada West playoff team to lose to an NCAA Division II doormat.
