There was something on their website as late as a few days ago that said it would be this coming Saturday Dec. 3 at the Surrey training facility. That info has now been taken down, or at least I can't see it. Wouldn't be surprised if there has been a change in plans with the Grey Cup win. Can't see it be any later than Dec. 10. As a season ticket holder there has been no update on this event or even the Grey Cup celebration tomorrow, at least not yet.

After the 2006 cup win all the players jerseys and helmets were auctioned off with the proceeds I believe going to the B.C. Football Hall of Fame. No word on anything like that yet but surely a Grey Cup win and so many all-stars would make those jerseys and helmets extremely valuable and great collector items.

Off the beaten path a bit, but if you want to purchase something that benefits the HOF and are looking to drop money in that price range, perhaps this is worthy of consideration?:

Lions to hold annual locker room sale this Saturday

(Vancouver) The 99th Grey Cup champion BC Lions Football Club will have their highly-anticipated annual merchandise sale this Saturday, December 3rd from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the home of the Leos, BC Place (access via Gate H).

In addition to authentic Lions merchandise including game-worn jerseys, helmets, and practice balls, fans will find special pricing on 2011 BC Lions gear as well as official 99th Grey Cup apparel and highly-coveted Grey Cup championship merchandise.

On the heels of the club’s sixth Grey Cup championship, the annual merchandise sale is the purrfect place to pick up your official Lions apparel just in time for the holiday season.

Fans in attendance on Saturday will also have an opportunity to have their photo taken with the Grey Cup (please bring your own camera) as well have autographs signed by several Lions players on location for the annual event.

TEAM Radio’s Tom Mayenknecht will be broadcasting live from the locker room sale on Saturday morning as he hosts the Sport Market, a weekly sport business radio show which rates and debates the Bulls and Bears of the sport industry.

The Sport Market spans all aspects of the sport industry, from management and finance to marketing, merchandising, technology, venues, entertainment and media. The Sport Market is heard Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12 noon PT on TEAM 1040 and teamradio.ca.

I thought that David was banned from purchasing any player jersey's? His record is incredible, so if you see him in line with any, quietly take it from him. TIA.

Haha, I guess we should all be worried that I wear an Anthony Reddick jersey.

Maybe I need to buy a Jamal Robertson??

So they're telling us 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Do season ticket holders get in early as is normally the case?

DH

I was originally looking to get dante marsh or elimimian but looks like thats not happening haha
unfortunately cant afford to spend that much at this time of the year. I just really don't like the way replica jerseys look
Poorly made in my opinion. Only an authentic will do.... one day
