But how could Printers and Pierce get along? Wouldn't it be another Printers/Dickenson situation? I think if Casey comes back it'll be a almost a complete change of quarterbacks.
Printers can't come back here with Buck and Jarious still here. You'd have 3 QBs here and it'd be a Zoo.
But the media would like a 3 QB Zoo.
Get rid of Jarious.
Printers is visiting here next week according to Team 1040 and it's likely not for ski lessons at Whistler

Considering Printers is a TigerCat, and talking to him would be TAMPERING....what would he be doing here?firstdown45 wrote:Printers can't come back here with Buck and Jarious still here. You'd have 3 QBs here and it'd be a Zoo.

sorry FD45, if printers did come to Vancouver to talk football with Wally, if we can be ensured he won't ever be a Lion cause of tampering.firstdown45 wrote:Printers can't come back here with Buck and Jarious still here. You'd have 3 QBs here and it'd be a Zoo.

I could believe it if he was released by the Ti-Cats already.

It was said on the TEAM he would be in Vancouver to visit some friends. But that's not juicy enough.
How about the Ti-Cats have given him or his whacky uncle permission to work out a potential new and lower contract with other CFL clubs. He is then subsequently traded to the Lions in return for Jarious Jackson and agrees to a new deal paying him the same $200,000 JJ was making.
Okay, now back to reality.

Lots of athletes come to Vancouver for rehab or training. Then again, he might coming here to go to the boat show?firstdown45 wrote:Printers is visiting here next week according to Team 1040 and it's likely not for ski lessons at Whistler

A show boat at a boat show. Seems fitting.bclions16 wrote:Lots of athletes come to Vancouver for rehab or training. Then again, he might coming here to go to the boat show?firstdown45 wrote:Printers is visiting here next week according to Team 1040 and it's likely not for ski lessons at Whistler
He's already told the Ti cats he wants out. It's just not public yet.
He doesn't have to talk contract. He's coming out here for the attention.
He wants to guage fan interest and make some noise

Are you suggesting there's not suitable people in Ontario that can help Printers with rehab and offseason training?
He flies out here in the cold of January for that?
Ontario a province of 12 million people and he comes here for off season training?
Now that's laughable.
He does live in the U.S. during the offseason. That's why he needs a passport to cross the border.
Furthermore, in order for a U.S. citizen to retain U.S. citizenship and voting rights, that person must physically reside in the U.S. for 180 days out of a calendar year.
Unless he's seeking dual citizenship.
What is Buck's citizenship status?

Casey is coming here just to see you buddy. Get out the butter and pucker up.firstdown45 wrote:Are you suggesting there's not suitable people in Ontario that can help Printers with rehab and offseason training?

Has Hamilton given Casey permission to talk to Wally?
There have been cases when a player under contract has been given permission to talk.
Or mabey it's the Lions that have to be given permission to talk to the player, not sure which.
That is the underlying question.
How does anyone know beyond any shadow of a doubt that permission has not been given?
