Has anyone seen these before?

Apparently Canadian Tire is supposed to carry them for $69, I have never seen them in store.

I seem to recall seeing something like this in a CT flyer or something, but there's nothing on their website... or it might have been on a Save-On-More Points display in the local Save-On.
