I guess the NFL in Toronto is sure thing now, eh? All they need is a new billion dollar stadium, another billion dollars to buy a team, have Toronto city council offer better incentives than any other U.S. city would, have Fox, CBS, NBC & ESPN launch stations in Toronto (or have the Canadian networks match the $100M tv rights fee for the 8 home games)...ect.
The biggest problem for the NFL in Toronto is that the city already has a pro football team which compares very favourably to the NFL for the fans entertainment dollar. In a recent poll, 35% of the Toronto's population said they DO NOT want an NFL team.
Get real Cohon...remember the Grey Cup?

i thought this was just a rummer when those 2 billon airs came out and said the media blew it all out of proportion, all we wanted was to have one game a year here to help out the Buffallo Bills.

don't they announce the winning city for 2009 Grey Cup this week?
