I was just poking around on the account manager and noticed an invoice for '08 tickets. The price was $275 a piece. Thats up $75 from the $200 early bird price I paid last year.

IIRC, last year STH prices didn't go up as long as you put a deposit down by Dec 15, while they raised prices for everyone else.

The price had a due date of Dec. 14.

this year will the same also(we are lions season ticket holders), we also have canucks season tickets and they do the same thing, if you put a deposite on them by a certin date they do not go up in price , and if they do not much maybe $10.00

If $275 is the early bird price, then $300 is a realistic post dec. 14th price and a 50% increase over my '07 early bird price!

Yes... looks like about a $25 increase per ticket.

For our gold seats it was $350 this year... $375 in ’08.

Wonder what they are planning to do with single game prices? IMHO... I would be very careful, especially with the end zone seats that were $24 a couple of seasons ago and are closing in on $30.

Hey I'm not happy the ticket prices are going up BUT they are still a bargain for professional sports. I'm planning on going to a NFL game down the road in the Emerald City and I'm just gonna hold my nose and pay what I got to (For the one game I go to I'm guessing I'll be paying in the neighboorhood of what I'd pay for a Lions SEASON TICKET).

What is that four straight years of increases now? You would think they would give us a year off...I've said it before, the Lions better remember where their core support is coming from. it's not the white collar worker.

I paid a total of $447.18 for two silver seats for 2007. $200 each + GST and stadium fee. That was the early bird price.

I'm willing to pay $225 + fee and GST per ticket for 2008 seats, but not $250. Is $250 the early bird renewal price or is it the full rate for newbies?
