feel sorry for that poor flag.... how could such a terrible thing happen to a flag?

where is the security at City Hall? A bunch of dudes drive up at 3 in the morning and steal a 25 ft x 14 ft flag?

Protestors crash the stage at the Clock Ceremony... What the hell is going on in this town?

Apparently there was security. If these thieves are thinking of selling it, they better think twice. Practically everybody knows it's stolen. I agree with the police that it's probably someone who objects to the Olympics who is behind the theft. The Para-Olympic flag was apparently still there.

Well they cant really be everywhere at once. lol its pretty funny actually, cuz the stupid hippies want the Olympic money spent on social programs, but by doing this it just means that more money is going to be spent on City Hall security.
The Para-Olympic flag was apparently still there.
Because that would just be so terrible if they stole that one too.

the stupid hippies want the Olympic money spent on social programs,

Instead of protesting or doing whatever, they should get good jobs and donate their earnings to social programs, etc.

Heaven forbid if it involves work.

I recall right after the clock unveiling, I believe it was Global News was interviewing some "activist" about the social housing cause. This woman believed that the majority of people supported their cause.

Social housing is a concern, but why cast yourself in a bad light to do it?

I agree that most people probably support their CAUSE... but certainly don't support THEM or their actions!
