he told the team that he injured his shoulder by falling on some ice, later the truth comes out...he injured it while snowboarding.

Perhaps worst of all it has been reported that he had never even snowboarded before. He had $25 million reasons to wait a few years before picking up a new hobby. He may have just really screwed himself over big time.

If you had even skimmed the article you would've answered your own question. Snowboarding is generally a lot harder on your body than skiing.

It does list behavior that's in the standard NBA player's contract -- motorcycles, skydiving and various other 'risk' behavior
