As was broken earlier in the week by Ravi on 13th Man and reported by Mike Beamish in yesterday's Vancouver Sun, former Lions and current Ti-Cat LB JoJuan Armour is in trouble with the law.
He has been charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business in connection with a fight and stabbing in Toledo Ohio last Saturday. A Toledo police officer apparently saw a fight and found a man unconscious on the street. Armour and a second man were accused of failing to obey police instructions to stop fighting. After Armour was taken into custody, an officer noticed a second individual with a stab wound to his stomach.
He did not offer too much in the way of comment to Beamish in yesterday's report, other than to say he was coming to the defence of his brother and when the facts come out he will be completely exonerated.
I recall Armour being a pretty tough individual when he was here. I believe when he was on our practice roster he used to box/spar in his spare time.
