No, the mods do not need to step in. Do we need big brother to look after us all of the time? We can have a disagreement without being held by the hand, can we not? There is nothing outrageous going on here.

There is nothing that makes one's point of view less credible than name calling. And believe me, (ask Lionut if you don't agree with me) the one thing a Politician is not, is an idiot. On the contrary they are slick, thick skinned, driven and astute. Yes, even Bush. You may not like them, you may not agree with them, they may make mistakes....but they are not idiots.

And by the way, they are publicly elected.
