Interested in details on the Aquilini lawsuit. Apparently goes to trial in April. Is it a serious matter? Do the plaintiffs have a strong case?

Could Aquilini lose control of the Canucks and GM Place if he loses?

I think the plantiff beleives that he\they should have become Johns partner instead.

I really think both sides of the lawsuit should get to get her and take orca bay completely away from John.

The only way Canuck fans win is if John becomes odd man out.

Any update on the lawsuit against Canucks owner Francesco Aquilini? What sort of award will Ryan Beatty and Tom Gaglardi likely get and will the judge order a reworking of the Canucks ownership structure?

This could be a legal mess. Probably why Aquilini bought out McGaw as it was McGaw's sale to Aquilini that prompted the lawsuit in the first place.

If Aquilini should be penalized, one wonders how it would affect negotiations with VANOC for arena rights for Hockey for the 2010 Olympics and any efforts to bring an NBA team here
