Hey all,
Given the penalty on Norman a few weeks ago for interfering with a player trying to get a loose ball, why was that not a penalty on the Rider player who leveled DeMarco as he was trying to get a loose ball back?

Logan's turn to fumble now. UGH.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

It gets wet when it rains, Virginia. Professional players should be able to deal with it.

He wasn't impeding DeMarco. The defender was trying to get up and got his legs tied up with DeMarcojcalhoun wrote:Hey all,

Didn't get a good look at that but they let that stuff go (judgement call) if the ref thinks it was part of the player's normal blocking assignment.jcalhoun wrote:Hey all,

Durant fell over Taylor. What a bogus call.Coast Mountain Lion wrote:Really really really bad roughing the passer call there.
In fairness Lions have already benefitted from Riders' butterfingers, too.TheLionKing wrote:Another turnover. Has any of these guys ever played in the rain before ?

Need a big stop on 2nd down here to make it a 13-7 game or the Demarco fumble is already your TSN turning point.

The Riders always get favourable calls at Mosaic.
MIssion accomplished on that play. Still a one-score game. 13-7 Ssk.SammyGreene wrote:Need a big stop on 2nd down here to make it a 13-7 game or the Demarco fumble is already your TSN turning point.

LOL "no field access". Fans have to be told this.
