Incredible finish, held my breath when they lined up for the field goal. I couldn't believe the snap was botched.

So the Seahawks will either play the Chicago Bears or the New Orleans Saints next weekend......

Snap looked fine too - Romo caught it clean...damn slippery new balls.

The game director must have thought that it was possible, as he gave the view of the snap to holder on the play. That was a great angle to view the fumble by Romo.

That fumble into the Dallas end zone was very bizarre, and was correctly ruled a safety instead after a replay.

I wonder now if Tony Romo will, like Paul McCallum in 2004, have his home pelted with eggs and manure dumped on his yard. I believe there is always only one scapegoat even though others may be at fault as well. Does anybody remember who the holder for McCallum was in the 2004 WDF? Did anybody stop to think that perhaps he didn't place the ball appropriately, forcing McCallum to miss?

Seattle will play on the road next weekend, the opponent determined by the Philadelphia-New York Giants game tomorrow. If the Eagles win, the Seahawks play at Chicago. If the Giants win, the Seahawks play at New Orleans.

Wouldn't a picture replay be much easier?

For all that he's accomplished this year, Romo will probably be best remembered this offseason for that bungled hold. I'm sure he'll be thinking of it all winter. Tough break but GO HAWKS!

I hope I'm wrong but I think this was the last victory of this playoffs for the Seahawks. T.O. was rather underwhelming too. Will Parcells be back?

I hope Seattle can run the table back to the Superbowl but tonights game is further proof they are already living on borrowed time. Sure was exciting!

TO with two receptions for 26 yards, has to tell you that his days are numbered, especially since the Hawks had the duct tape out on the defensive backfield.

Shades of Jason Johnson last August.

Whatever gets it done, though. On to New Orleans or da Bears.

I hope this is the last time this year I have to hear about Terrell Owens. He's been a cancer wherever he went. Can't understand why teams would entertain having him.
