What I've always felt Joe, from somewhere deep inside, that if it was going to be, it was up to me...and this "idea" has applied itself in all aspects of my life...so the LAST place I want to go for health care is a hospital or a doctor's office...it is up to each of us to use the natural intelligence and abilities that we all have been blessed with to learn what is right for us, and then try to help others, and not judge...

So if you want good health it starts with exercise, the food we eat, the air we breath and water we consume. If people simply took care of these 4 things we wouldn't have all the problems that exist in the world, and I really believe that it is that simple.
