Must be demoralizing to have the Lions come right back to score a touchdown of their own.
I spoke too soon — they only managed 14yds on that drive lol.TheLionKing wrote:Ball control at it's finest.sj-roc wrote:Eight drives for our Lions so far: one 2 & out, another brief possession to end the first half, and on the other six we moved the ball, in chron order:
73, 88, 51, 89, 49 and 77 yards.
Ham will be playing 3-down ball with this field position.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

I thought the Tabbies scored would be a momentum changer but not with the run back and TD now.

I love the TiCats helmet. It is a thing of beauty.
Is it time to give Reilly some reps?

Mike Reilly in the game in relief
Harris needs 12yds for the Cdn yards from scrimmage standard.

So when Reilly is in at QB,does DeMarco run the short yardage offence?

That might be the only he's going to see any real action this year.Lions4ever wrote:So when Reilly is in at QB,does DeMarco run the short yardage offence?
You could put the Pope in against this demoralised Ham defence right now.Lions4ever wrote:So when Reilly is in at QB,does DeMarco run the short yardage offence?

And yet the score is hugely flattering to Hamilton. The score should be more like 63-3.sj-roc wrote:You could put the Pope in against this demoralised Ham defence right now.Lions4ever wrote:So when Reilly is in at QB,does DeMarco run the short yardage offence?

That's as much emotion from the Tiger Cats I've seen all night.
Basically a TD every drive. That would work!Lions4ever wrote:And yet the score is hugely flattering to Hamilton. The score should be more like 63-3.
