Tillman had eariler said that he has little interest in him. Wally is just interested gathering info because he's using his cap room on other priorities. Toronto just signed Joseph to an extension and the Argos are not inerested in Joseph vs. Bishop repeat from last year.
He was en route, landed in Cleveland for his connector and was told to return to Texas and not go to Montreal.
