The e-mail address that is clickable for the contact is abuse@startlogic.com. I have a feeling 13th was the target of a DOS attack or something that exceeded the allotted bandwidth.

A hack attempt causes me to ponder who has been banned recently... hopefully log files can help to track down the hack.
