Trickery from the Lions. Duron Carter hits Shaq Johnson on a 67-yard TD. Carter is 2 for 2 for 99 yards passing this year.

Ottawa CB Chris Randle, who was picked on by the Lions last week, intercepts Mike Reilly by jumping a slant pattern by Lemar Durant.

Sergio Castillo hits a last-play field goal to give the Lions a 20-2 lead at the half. Shaq Johnson has 3 catches for a career-high 160 yards so far.

Mike Reilly was 13 of 18 for 204 yards in the half. The offensive line is giving him all kinds of time to stand in the pocket and throw downfield.

Jonathon Jennings was just 3 of 10 for 16 yards in the half.

Gotta watch for davis coming in and running and good long ball. We can also lose our flat pass which had the reciver catching the ball with his back to the defence. Go orange!

Duron Carter has his second TD catch in as many games, set up by a 55-yard catch by Bryan Burnham on the opening drive of the second half. 27-2 Lions.

Redblacks get a coverage sack as Reilly holds the ball in the pocket for over 5 seconds. That stalls a B.C. drive and leads to Sergio Castillo’s third FG. 30-2 Lions midway through the third quarter.

The Redblacks have started targeting Crezdon Butler in the third quarter. R.J. Harris had a 43-yard catch on a post pattern against Butler to set up an Ottawa FG. On the previous drive Devonte Dedmon had a 41-yarder on a go route against Butler, who redeemed himself with an interception on the 5-yard line.

The Lions still haven’t given up a TD in seven quarters against Ottawa. 30-5 after the third quarter.

Lewis Ward misses a FG for the Redblacks after another deep pass to Harris. 30-6 Lions.
