The Lions are hoping Friday the 13th will be their lucky day when they get to feast on the the RedBlacks at B.C. Place Stadium in the first of back-to-back games against slumping Ottawa. Oddsmakers list the 1-10 Lions as 7-point favourites against the league's 9th-ranked team.
B.C. has made only one roster change for this game, moving FB David Mackie to the 1-game injured list. Rookie Mario Villamizar moves up to starting fullback and rookie RB Jamel Lyles is added to the roster as a backup to Brandon Rutley and Wayne Moore.
Here's a game preview and depth chart from Matt Baker of bclions.com:

If Lions don't win this with Ottawa's injuries, they likely will not win again. This is a game they should win, but with the Lions nothing is guaranteed. Lions will make this much closer than it should be. Lions I think will squeak out a win.

Ottawa by 6. Jennings will be motivated to prove BC upper management wrong.

Looking forward to the game. I have BC as the slight favourite, but it’s a crazy game.
Your team has to make a statement, if only out of pride. If it wasn’t for the Eskimos holding the series win already, I’d say the playoffs might still be in reach. Because the Eskimos certainly aren’t doing anything good at the moment. Hopefully they can turn it around in time to make a good run.
Your team needs to play a full 60:00 minutes, and they should win, imo.

Lemon lining up offside to take 6 its off the board is inexcusable even if Dozier gets it back.
Losing is what happens when teams and lazy players do that. Where is the leadership on that DEF that they can't see what he is about to be flagged?
