Yes, the players had their pre-game walk through today in their black helmets with orange paw. Not sure why it was at their Surrey practice facility and not Empire, does anyone know why? One would think they'd want to familiarize themselves with it as much as possible, given the new turf and the stadium's rather unusual dimensions.

CFL Retro (1970's) won't happen until Week 6 and 7.

Jim Mullin just confirmed that the 1976-77 inspired Reebok uniform will be unveiled by Geroy and Dirty 30 on Thursday at Empire.

They will wear them at home games on Aug. 7 (Calgary), Aug. 27 (Calgary), and Sept. 11 (Toronto - afternoon game).

Makes sense. Where last year's theme was the 60's this year's CFL retro theme is all about the 70's. The Eskimos have already unveiled their 2010 retros.

These should be similar to the 3rd jerseys Puma was making in the early 2000s right? Kinda weird how I don't see people wearing them on game days now. It's like they completely disappeared.

Cool, i like the helmets too. And the greyish pants?

Does anyone know if we can order them with numbers? It doesn't come up as an option online. I have always wanted a Dewalt jersey. I know he didn't wear these ones, but I might get that anyway. I guess if I got white numbers it would work for Dewalt.

(now if we can only find 1 home uniform, 1 road uniform, and 1 3rd uniform for special occasions and STICK WITH THEM instead of constantly changing the look and mixing & matching colours and parts, I'll be a happy man!).
