This seems to be the Leaf media consensus. You can rely on this ownership group MLSE to keep making the wrong decisions.

It is one thing to fire a guy and have reasons that make sense to fans and media but you best be able to pull a big rabbit out when you have no reason that you speak to the media on.

Keeping on Nonis and all the Burke disciples makes little sense.

It simply is not passing the smell test around the NHL.

That shows the best side of Burke. He gives attention and time to make a detailed response to the person.

Burke is his own worst adovocate in some ways. He says he is Irish, therefore stubborn and sometimes rude. True enough. But most people, in their careers, cannot get away with his kind of stubbornness, nor his sometimes rudeness.

His using his Irish roots for being stubborn is foolish. There is alot of Irish people that are not an obstinate as Burke. Isn't John Furlong Irish ??
