A great honour for my old football coach Larry Reda who I played for in minor and then major divisions in the Gordon Sturtridge League. He has served in football for over 50 years if my memory is correct. Tireless worker and a good man.

Larry was not only a great coach he was a great person.

But to be recognized by a National Football League team for his 45-year involvement within youth football in B.C. was something the 80-year-old, retired assistant fire chief didn’t dream of happening.
