Re: Who will be moving on?
Unfortunately the CFL has to protect their copyrighted material. If they chose to look the other way in this case they'd have to look the other way for everybody. no they wouldnt. They have the right to decide on every individual case whether or not they want to do anything about it. They did not h...

Re: Rourke begins NFL workouts next week
as good as Rourke is, what he did at the beginning of the season, what the team did, I dont expect to continue at the same level next year. They can still be very good but I think it is too much to expect the same

Re: 2022-23 NFL/Seahawks Season Thread
Good solid win by the Seahawks on the road in Arizona. Great recovery after the quick six pick to give the Cardinals a 14-10 lead, but good that the offence were not deflated and fought back to quickly take the lead again. Next up in Munich, Germany against Tom Brady and the Buccaneers who just bar...

Re: WSF Calgary vs BC Nov 6
If Nathen is on bc wins if he is off bc lose simple as that Rourke will have to be on. Calgary has an outstanding defense. At this point in his recovery Rourke's running ability is somewhat diminished, so Butler needs to be on his game as well as the O line. TBH, I am not expecting a Lions victory....

Re: Lions vs. Bombers Oct. 15, 2022
so it looked to me like coach was on the field before the TD was scored. Should not that have been a penalty negating the td if not the int?

Adams is going to lose this game.Sir Purrcival wrote: ↑Sat Oct 15, 2022 9:21 pmWhy not. Well I don't know exactly but Adams certainly does have more playing experience that O'Conner and they currently have a lead. Not the time to be taking a flyer on a very young and inexperienced QB. The goal is to get the W even if it is ugly.-

Re: Lions vs. Stamps Sept. 24, 2022
I think Burnham was hurt catching a typical Burnhamesque 29-yard jump ball from Pipkin on the Lions’ late touchdown drive. Burnham caught the ball in the air and was slammed to the ground by Branden Dozier, landing directly on his wrist. He was flexing it constantly afterwards. Two plays later, Pip...

Re: Lions vs. Stamps Sept. 24, 2022
The B.C. passing attack is hard to stop when the quarterback throws the ball on time and on target. Adams did neither tonight. Calgary played a lot of man coverage and tried to take away Adams’ first read and disrupt the Lions’ timing. They did exactly the same thing to Michael Reilly at B.C. Place...
