Re: Training camp 2021

Have they been handing out the normal depth chart to you folks in the stands BCF or just the simple sheet available on the website?

Re: Training camp 2021

Kicker Takeru Yamasaki bounced back from a subpar Tuesday, hitting almost all of his field goals with great range and form. Stefan Flintoft and Jake Ford split punting duties. Flintoft booms his punts 50 to 60 yards. Ford looks like he's still struggling to kick a North American football. The ball ...

Re: Training camp 2021

I wonder what two time former Lion D-Line coach Randy Melvin is doing. He last coached for the Lions in 2018 and was also the D-Line coach when the Lions won the GC in 2011. DLC with Hamilton since 2019. Melvin is a good one. Glad to see he is working for my second favourite team. DLC must be a tou...

Re: Training camp 2021

Reg18, sorry but I find attempting to translate your posts into readable English is too tedious for me, so I don't bother anymore. He must be using the same sort of Samsung Galaxy keyboard I have on my phone. If you don't tap directly on top of the key right all kinds of goofy stuff happens. I'm fo...

Re: Training camp 2021

Any indication BCF that they might release you from your "Knothole Gang" perch and into the stands before Monday? I see the Riders will be alllowing fans to attend their practices although they will be restricted to a specific entrance and have to sit in a block of 3 designated sections. ...

Re: Training camp 2021

I wouldnt be shrprised if we keep all 5 qb until game 3or 4.so long ass they all have a good camp. Lots of potential and with injuries we might need the insurance of having depth at Qb. Lots of competition evertywhere but i will be eatching RBs, d line and LBs. If thge vrbs all have a good casmp an...

Re: Training camp 2021

I'm keenly interested (and a bit concerned) regards the team filling the safety position in the aftermath of Kenny Ladler's recent retirement a couple weeks ago. Also am intrigued by what will come of the new faces (all Lions rookies--and I think CFL rookies) in the place-kicking/punting department...

Grass doesn't grow under Keon Raymond's feet. It was just announced today that the Prince George Kodiaks have been granted an expansion franchise and will become the 7th club in the BCFC of the CJFL. https://www.princegeorgecitizen.com/local-news/junior-football-coming-to-prince-george-3944844 https...

Re: Training camp 2021

Riders got hammered today as they lost starting MLB Larry Dean, likely starting DL Freddie Bishop, top draft pick Nelaon Lokombo and a receiver I'd never heard of to serious Achilles injuries. All were simply working out to prep for camp. No idea what they were doing but definitely Campbell and McEv...

Re: 2021 season

An interesting tidbit from the email to ST holders from the Lions this afternoon asking if ST holders want to relocate. I don't quite understand what difference it makes if the home and visiting benches flip sides this season. Only possible thing I can come up with mught be locations of locker room...

Lol. Not unlike Pratt and Taylor talking about some f'n movie it comes with the turf. Maybe the Food Network will be interested buying some ad time.

Re: Lions in the local media (REVIVED thread 6-10-20)

And 730 AM it is as the new home for Lions radio play-by-play along with the CORUS network across the province. That should give the team pretty good exposure. They have a consistent home, with the opportunity for cross-platform promotion on CORUS properties CKNW and Global, which is one TV station...
