I think noisemonkey was listening to Dan Russell talk to Squire about chocolate on the radio. I don't believe he caught the sports w/Squire on the tv.

Yet ANOTHER reason not to listen to Dan Russell.

I'd rather take Jen Graham's word than someone who determines it's artificial noise by watching a game on TV. It's like saying "I talked to someone in the media". Who? Your paper boy? If you want to base the noise on #'s, then your argument won't hold true either. The noise of 25-30K fans ...

Actually, GM Place does allow up to a 70mm lens if I recall correctly. My buddy and I were at a Canucks game last year and one of the ushers told us, as we were sitting down, that his camera lens ( 70 - 210mm ) was larger than allowed unless he had a press pass. She was a camera buff though, and let...

If you put a few security guys at field access points, and turned away the obviously "plastered" few that we're concerned about, I think it would work just fine. Additionally, I would hazard a guess that the drunks are on their way to the Shark club or wherever else they can get more to dr...

He's a talented player, but way too much of a "me first" guy. Winnipeg can have him. The Lions team chemistry is better since he and Printers left for greener pastures where they felt they would be appreciated.

The Riders' defense has been decimated with injury this season, sometimes having as many 3 starting defensive backs injured all at the same time. You can say the exact same about the Lions D this season as well. We had our share of starting DB's and LB's injured at the same time. Look at the tie w/...

I don't think you'll find many ( if any ) fans on this site defending Sherko's actions ( kick / punch ). They WILL defend his reaction to protect the QB, just the same as it's understandable how Sask O-Line came to Joseph's aid in the game in Hamilton. Protecting your QB is part of football. Crossin...

There's only one problem with EW's article. From the sounds of the reports in the paper today about Buck's shoulder, he may not be available as the setup man. Hopefully he's a quick healer. :cr:

However, you still haven't adressed how you want the playing field evened up. If you don't want Joseph injured, as you say, then what should happen? How do you want it levelled? Please elaborate if possible, as I'm sure I'm not the only person to find it a puzzling remark. That is why I called it q...
