Re: At Season's End what should happen?
If stubleri is let go he will be the fall guy to protect coach Clay. Hervey knew the defence wouldbeavproblem wheherefused to sign lemon at th start and get acouple of decent D linemen. Stubler was given his team and to make it work somehow. Hes not a magician andto have to teach tacklig to a profes...

Re: Post Game Thread - Lions & Bombers
I think Reilly is part of the problem, hes not a team player its all about him. Why isnt Mraemer dressing when he could develop? Because it night hurt Reillys fragile ego. Thats why Hervey signed his buddy from the esks O brien has no chance of ever pushing and thats why Reilly likes him. It decreas...

Some improvements in all 3 teams but criticalbreadowns in each area cost them the game. Carter is no threat so dump him andbuy a decent DE.

An idea we have anabundance of non starting National O linemen find tetwo best non starteswithtebest hands and make them into tight ends,we will nevetrowitnto themayway. And convert oneofthem to afulback and keep himin to block. That might keep our QBout of the hospital

Re: Biggest Game of the Year in Toronto
On Wilders4th quarter TD run our D was in position to stp him but too many dedenders were trying to put him into te next timezone rather than tackling and wrapping him up. The D scheme worked but the players that are in the rightposition must do their job, a lion as right on him the moment hecaught ...

Did any guys noticethat when passes intended for him are intercepted he doesnt make much iof an effort to tackle the interceptor. Just quits on the play. On the interception in the argo game he ended up running withthe DB and made little effort to tackle him. Release him now!

Re: Lions 18 - Argos 17 -- Post-Game Comments
Re the last second single. I seem to recall Lui facing the exact situation and intentionally kicking the Fg attempt through the end zone and no where near the goal posts so the opposition didn't get near the ball. Last nightthe FG attempt was just slightly wide and almost hit the upright which woukd...

Re: Stampeders 36 - Lions 32 -- Post-Game Comments
Before the gam I would have been satisfied to score that many points on the Stamps but to have a sure win snatched away like that was painful. Both the O and the D were playing well in the first half and theD totally failed in the fourth quarter I didnt see a single blitz towards the end and we made...
