Don’t leave out Lions’ defensive assistant Tanya Henderson, the first woman hired as a full-time CFL coach.

Molly Campbell is one with a life long connection to the CFL that would be a good choice for a senior management position imo. Ten years with Calgary in a football administration role is significant experience.

Bombers defence and OL look about five years older today
