We knew we were due next in the rotation but this should be an outstanding week with Amar Doman leading the charge. It’s been a fantastic first season with him as owner and I can only imagine what ideas he has in mind.

I am going to really go out here on a limb here and personally guarantee that Amar's Grey Cup Committee will announce the Grey Cup Half-Time show more than 2-weeks in advance of the Championship.

OTOH, maybe this year's Grey Cup organizers figure the target audience for the half time show can't maintain enthusiasm or interest more than 2 weeks out from the event. Hence, the last minute announcement.

Sales for the 2024 Grey Cup just became available to the general public on this June 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM and I just bought mine. There wasn't much of a wait either - just one minute and hurry up before it's sold out during which time the only tickets that will be available are the resales which will obviously cost a heck of a lot more.
