UBC has jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead.

O'Connor well well on his way to being a bluechip CFL prospect. Scary to think what he will be doing to CIS teams 2 years from now.

16-10 UBC at halftime. A UBC turnover deep in their end has given Montreal new life.

Anyone watching this game has to be impressed with Steve Buttatto's offence. Numerous formations, excellent scheming, moving the pocket, play action...the way an offence should be run. He's utilizing his players skill sets to the most advantage and knowing how good Montreal is against the run, he's gone to the air, with a well designed passing attack.

It's a shame that we fumbled a snap and botched the fake field goal. We had them down 16-0 and now its a game. But UBC is a young team going against a veteran crew defending their title. Go UBC in the second half.

Agreed. I caught parts of the first half. Dynamic offence. Good game plan and play calling.

Good for Buratto. Too much of his own guy for Wally?

Great young QB. CFL potential?
John Madden's Team Policies: Be on time. Pay attention. Play like hell on game day.

Jimmy Johnson's Game Keys: Protect the ball. Make plays.

Walter Payton's Advice to Kids: Play hard. Play fair. Have fun.

UBC hanging on a 7 point lead 23-16 after the 3rd quarter. T-Bird's 3 man rush isn't getting to the Montreal quarterback. Have all day to pass

They are dominating UBC's defensive line.
