Tough way to lose. Not sure what would have happened if the PI is called on Geroy. Won't know as Lions still had to get a TD but definitely that hurt them.

You have to feel bad for this team as again they are close.

That non-call was the worst that I've seen this season. For sure. I think that they could have pulled it off if it wasn't for that.

The Lions tried hard. Backs of the players against the wall. Even some of the coaches (assistants) backs against the wall.

Game 4 and 5 we realize we need a running game.

105 yards rushing plus 37 from Lulay.

Gore on pace for a monster year. Yeah, he drops some. So whaddayagonna do? Fire the guy? He will be a star in this league. He owns up to his mistakes. He is young.

Collins reminds me of Ryan Grice-Mullin. Looks good. Does nothing. Time to go, methinks.

This team is DONE! The Riders will come on, especially when they get back some of their injured players and I don't expect Fantuz to make the Bears. WE ARE the worst team in the CFL and the following changes should occur this week:


1. Remove Wally as coach. Fire Benevides.
2. Cut Phillips, Collins and Sanchez. Sanchez has lost it and has no speed. Phillips doesn't tackle worth a S___! Kamau Peterson can go also, he is useless.
3. Bench Lulay. He doesnt have it yet. He is costing us games as well. Two games in a row in which he can't hit open recieversl

All of Gores yardage came on plays that didn't matter. When we needed him, he turned into Collins 2.0

I would have thought that Chapdelaine would have come out running more - not just the Dobson reverse. They need those 2007 running plays. When he did run it almost seemed like the trainer could have picked the play. Too much predictability in the Lions like when Lumbala is at receiver - doesn't that just tell the opponent where they are going ?

The D can be improved but too many changes and the wrong ones will just lead to more of the same.

I still cannot figure out why they could not have coached David Hyland. A mystery as his issues were fixable.

Let's see. it's late in the game and I need a drive to win the game. I have Geroy Simon, Kamau Peterson and Paris jackson in the lineup. So let's put Kamau Peterson in to block and instead send out Geroy with a bunch of rookies who have proven they have a problem catching the ball. Oh yeah and I put in a QB who is having problems throwing the ball deep meanwhile I have a QB with a cannon sitting on the bench with rust.

But it is all about execution. Yes it is all about execution, but you also need to put the players on the field that can execute. Otherwise the coaching staff needs to be executed. If the players don't execute game in and game out, at what point are the coaches not executing their jobs by putting in different players/plays?

Exactly.....and then you get the common poor tackling at the end of the game and Phillips trying on a dress again and getting run over by Brink
