Seat Selection Nights

I know that this question is either really late or really early depending on which way you choose to look at it. Anyways, next season as I'm sure I've posted on this board a few times already, I'm looking to get season tickets next year. I got an invitation to one of the seat selection nights, I RSVP'd but ended up having something come up at the last minute where I couldn't attend. What are these like? Just how many seats available are there? I had heard stories of there not being that great a selection. I'm looking to get a Bronze seat but was hoping to get into Row A. How hard is it to get that low at one of these events? How soon should I start putting money aside for next year? When is the best time to buy etc.? Thanks a lot!

Endzone bronze seating or sideline? That may make a difference, but ST basically have up until March to retain their seats. To save coin, buy a ST in December as they offer a discount plus a draw for some cool prizes including a cruise with some of the Lions brass. You can always move your seats as STH don't bother to renew for 08.

I would want sideline seating.

Here is the best bet, phone 589-ROAR and ask for Arlene, don't accept anyone else and tell her what you are looking for. Your problem is that the sideline bronze seats are limited, although if you are willing to be in the corner of the endzone there may be some available there.

If you are only looking for 1 seat you have a chance at row A. BB

I attended the seat selection night and I thought it was worthwhile to go. The service was excellent. A sales rep escorted you to the section(s) you were interested in and helped you figure out pricing. There were signs marking the seats that were available. There didn't seem to be many to select from (i.e. many seats available for purchase for the season). However, I never figured out if what was marked was an accurate representation of what was available. If you have somewhere in mind, I think you should call the office like Rammer said.

I'd like to go if only to browse how the maintenance workers have kept up my seat area, and if there are any remnants of "Garbage Strike 07" lying around.
