saw this on the Inbox on Sportsnet Connected a few days ago and was really inspired

from their offical website: http://www.recordofarecord.com
On August 7/07, brothers, Todd and Brigham Shearon will be leaving for a record breaking trip called the "fastest trip to visit all major league stadiums". In a nutshell, in order to break this actual Guiness World Record, the Shearon brothers will have to travel to all 30 major league stadiums to watch a complete game in only 28 days.
This has been a fantasy trip for several years. The main reason it has never happened is greatly in part to Brigham's social anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Brigham rarely goes out and about due to his situation.
Todd being the patient brother he is has always dealt with constant delays and stressful situations due to his brother's panic attacks, freak outs, paranoia and occasional vomitting at the side of the road caused by his sever anxiety disorder.
At the beginning of this year's baseball season Todd and Brigham were watching the Detroit Tigers play the Kansas City Royals. A young pitcher named Zack Greinke for the Royals was pitching his first game this season.
As common an occurance as this seems, last year Greinke missed the season due to social anxiety disorder. It nearly cost him his career. Brigham couldn't understand how this guy who had the same disorder as him could pitch in the major leagues when he could barely handle going to watch a game. Brigham decided that if this guy could face his fears and play in the majors then he could face his fears as well.
Brigham who was undergoing treatment through the Mood and Anxiety Program at the time was chauffered by Todd in order to help him work toward solving his problem.
After successfully completing the program, plans were started to attempt to break the Guiness World Record, "fastest trip to visit all major league stadiums". Todd and Brigham decided it would only make sense to give back to the program that helped him mentally prepare for this trip.
With this being said, this is a very expensive undertaking so we are raising money to cover the costs of the trip, all proceeds will be donated to the Mood & Anxiety Treatment Program at Windsor Regional Hospital's Mental Health Centre.
With Brigham still petrified of the thought of this trip becoming a reality, Todd attained the ultimate inspiration for his kid brother, an autographed Vernon Wells baseball.
While recently conducting an interview with Vernon Wells for Canada Social Magazine, Todd got Vernon to sign a recently caught home run ball to Brigham, which read..."To Brigham. Don't Be Scared. Vernon Wells." Brigham who has developed a great respect for Vernon Wells after he remained a Toronto Blue Jay, swore he'd pull it together and do the trip, and that he'd carry that autographed baseball with him the whole way.
The potentially record breaking trip starts in Toronto on August 7 and ends 28 days later at Yankee Stadium in New York on September 3rd.
Let the fundraising begin.
