The Lions have also confirmed the return of DB/KR Loucheiz Purifoy. It will be interesting to see where they play him. Rookies Austin Joyner, Jalon Edwards-Cooper and KiAnte Hardin all showed good potential in the secondary last year.

He signed an extension with the Elks shortly after the trade there.

Somewhere out in the Ottawa area OV bandit just blew his nut.

I think it will be at SAM linebacker or safety. Highly doubtful Cioffi will be back.

I've just been laying low. Working from home for the past 2 years has been very busy. However, I'm back and intend to post more often. CheersHambone wrote: ↑Tue Feb 08, 2022 11:15 amI nervously like it.squishy35 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 08, 2022 11:06 amO'Connor signed

That Breaux signing is intriguing. The ex-NFLer and onetime highest paid DB in the CFL coming out of retirement and a two-year layoff at age 32.
JC Abbott projects the Lions' starting back 8 as follows:
That veteran-heavy back end leaves out second-year Lions Austin Joyner, Jalon Edwards-Cooper and Beaujour Wilson, as well as third-year American Victor Gamboa. The Lions also have Canadians Hakeem Johnson, Jamie Harry and O'Shane Samuels on the roster, and they proved last year that they can fill in when necessary.

David Menard Back in Orange. A very good rotational DL

And Mathieu Betts from Edmonton. He and Menard can rotate, opening up an American starter's position elsewhere. This is one of the most important B.C. moves of free agency.squishy35 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 08, 2022 12:56 pmDavid Menard Back in Orange. A very good rotational DL

Menard signing with BC is another surprise. With him being from Quebec and gaining Eastern Most Outstanding Canadian award as an AL, I thought he would remain an AL. Maybe Als were expecting a hometown discount and Menard wasn't agreeing.
Also, maybe Lions offered starter money + and have Menard penciled in as a starting DE?
