Auspicious start by Lane returning punts. Gets clobbered then on the rekick fumbles.

Not the way Partridge wants to start the 2nd half. Had the guy opened but underthrew him.

B.C. Is doing nothing on kick returns.
Rintoul & Caravatta brought up the no yards rule change a few plays back when the Lions were called for it. I hadn't thought of this before, but what happens in a no yards situation if the returner scores a TD anyway? Is the yardage applied on the ensuing kickoff or is the penalty simply disregarded, as was previously the case?
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Finally we have a touchdown.............for Calgary
Calgary just scored the game's first major and went for a successful 2PC. You should have specified somebody in orange. :/David wrote:Can someone remind me why we cut Tim Brown?!?
