Would like to see the Lions go to no huddle and Lulay run the ball to tire out the Argos defensive line

How many offsides have on the defensive line this afternoon ? Is Ricky Ray using a different cadence ?

5 mins left in quarter and Lions have run two offensive plays. They are headed for a loss unless the offence can turn things around.
^ I don't think Ray is doing anything different. They must be lining up offside. I've rewatched a couple of those plays and nobody is moving early. It just seems this ref crew went to the same school as the one that did the USA/CAN soccer semi-final today.

Chris Jones is taking it Jacques Chapdelaine.
ST coverage on Owens is not good.
We will need some good play and maybe luck to win this one.

Nine consecutive offensive series for the Lions now with only a punt single to show for it on the scoreboard.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Seems like the Lions have not adjusted to what the Argos are doing. They have one quarter to figure it out

Chad Owens vs Tim Brown a huge advantage for the Argos.
Chad moves sideways into freedom. Tim jukes to nowhere.

This is the exact time of the game where MOP Travis Lulay has to step up and create a game winning drive...he has been unsure, tentative all game long...as we talked about, he is going to need to scramble more and break down this D
