Off season ?
!.50 AM? Wow. My wife didn't make it past new years in Alberta. My 12 yr old daughter out lasted us. I didn't even have a hangover.
I made a great Ukrainian breakfast.

You got up at 3:00 am, cooked a 12 lb roast, then served it as cold cuts along with a giant portion of pyrogies with sour cream, bacon and onions? Poured a stiff drink of the hooch from the relatives on the farm near Portage La Prairie?zark wrote:!.50 AM? Wow. My wife didn't make it past new years in Alberta. My grandmother's idea of a steak was a cooked roast beef, sliced and then fried at dinner time.zark wrote:Is that what you do? Yikes !

She freaked when I started cooking my own " blue rare " steaks in about 1 1/2 minutes.
Anyway. Happy New Year.
