Season Ticket holders who want to sell single game tickets

I was talking to Ticketmaster today about buying a couple of good single game tickets from season ticket holders who want to sell of single games. Ticketmaster gave me a site to go to called http://www.ticketmaster.teamexchange.com but it doesn't work. Anyone know of how to get tickets this way? I usually only get to a couple of games a year so I try to get really good tickets when I do go.
