everybody takes their turn at the bottom for a while

I call for patience, continued fan support, improved scouting, and a fresh face or two in the coaching ranks. Possibly wally needs to choose whether he wants to be GM OR HC.

OK, we hear ya. But that is only about one third of the task. How about some more details on the players and positions, for example?
