Just heard on 1040 Ray has a separated shoulder, out 4-6 weeks.
11000 and change for attendance. No Bluejays playing no Toronto FC playing equals no excuses . 8 team league again. BB
I'm at a conference on the East Coast, and a workshop speaker just made a comment that no one goes to sporting events any more to see the games because you can see them much better and more comfortably from home. He said they go to be part of a crowd experience. The question for the Argos and others is how to get people in the stadium to create the crowd experience that others will want to share. You have to find a way to get butts in the seats at any cost.

the one time I went to a Vancouver indy, I had a seat on a corner and it was frankly very boring, better watched on T.V. however going to a live football game I think is far better than watching it on the tube, if it didn't cost a fortune to get off this rock I would go live anytime

Bombers leading the RedBlacks 17-12 at the half. A fumble recovery by the defence was the difference. Game much faster than normal with lack of challenges. Winnipeg challenge was upheld for a pass interference. Ottawa lost their challenge.

Came down to the final play and Justin Medlock kicks the winning field goal as Winnipeg wins 33-30

Ottawa has now lost 5 games by a cumulative 13 points. Crazy.

I don't know if Winnipeg is the real deal or just flatters to impress. Regardless, they are crying out for a big time spanking.

Hamilton trailing Edmonton 26-18 in the 3rd quarter. Unlike last week's debacle, Ti-Cats are at least in the game.

Edmonton remains the league's only undefeated team beating a spunky Ti-Cat team 33-28.

Now TOR says Ray is "day to day" and may play Friday vs MTL. It's curious where the report came from about "out 4-6 weeks shoulder separation" the day after the game.

So the unenviable role of being the league leading pinata will continue.

From the way he was grimacing after the hit, I doubt that it's "day to day"
