Wow what a blowout in Calgary I think I picked a total score in the high 60's, expected that to be combined between both teams... Lol.

60-1 final. Things don't get easier for Hamilton as they travel to Edmonton next week to face the undefeated Eskimos

Riders 38 - Argos 27

As noted, these numbers seem to be the norm in the CFL these days. 300+ yards, 2 or 3 or 4 TDs.

The Riders have 5 sacks.

The TiCats have quit on their coach, Kent Austin. I think we saw this coming. Desultory performances. One gets the feeling that Austin has a very dark side, that he is never long for a place or team, that he can be miserable, not only with the media, but possibly with his players. When he bumped into a former player last year, that was a very bad sign.

This fan does not like a blowout like this. It is not good for the CFL. Austin needs to go by year end.

The stats are probably irrelevant. The TiCats did not show up.

And then I see an interview and he has a mild look on his face, smiling, as he talks about being process-focused, not win/loss focused. OMG ... He had two good years in a row, going to the Grey Cup. Did he overturn the roster since then? What happened? I can't help but feel that it is his best before date showing up. Can he turn this around? One does not think so.

I thought 0-5 and the embarrassing loss to the Stamps made Austin seem humble and defeated with no answers. Just like his team played.

I can't believe Calgary puts up 61 points, and Mitchell only gets me 11.9 points in TSN fantasy.

Austin's smile in his post-game interview reminded me of a baby's smile when it passes gas.
