You do realize that the ML in MLSE stands for Maple Leafs as in Toronto Maple Leafs.

One interesting name that has recently become unemployed is former Indianapolis Colts GM Ryan Grigson. It's barely been a week since he was relieved of his duties there so he may not be ready to jump at the first thing coming his way and likely wants to stay in the NFL. However he does check a lot of the boxes I'd be looking for and a role like VP Football Ops/GM where he would be totally in charge of all aspects of football ops could be attractive. He's only 44. He was GM of the Colts for 5 years and Director of Player Personnel for the Eagles for 2 years prior to that. He played for the Argos back in 1997 before a back injury forced him to retire. His first post-playing career job was as a Pro Scout for Saskatchewan in 1998 before moving on to his 18 year NFL scouting and admin career.

He is terrible. You don't need to look much further than his draft record and the sorry state of the lines on both sides of the ball to see that that is a bad idea.

The other name I see as a GM/Coach candidate is Tom Clements. He is also terrible; single handedly responsible for sending the passing game of the Packers back to the 1970s. They went on that winning streak despite him.

Both candidates are bad.
