Re: Boden in Trouble

Disapointing, this kid had a lot of promise, but not surprising when you consider the non football crowd he spent time hanging out with.

Re: Saying Hello!

I checked out the Vertimax web site and it looks really cool. You said you use sled and parachute for speed trainning, Which do you prefer? I find that a parachute doesn't affect your bodys natural movements while sprinting, where as with a sled your mechanics change slightly. How do you find your r...

Re: Saying Hello!

Hey Dante, great to have you here. I have a few questions about your training. What type of speed/agility drills do you do? I have heard that Milt is about as hardcore as it gets when it comes to trainning, what is it like to have a guy like that as one of your off season trainning partners? What ty...

Coach Washington

Congratulations to Mark Washington being named Defensive Backs coach. Mark has such a great knowledge of the Canadian game and a very classy guy. Good job Wally for keeping Mark in the organization. There maybe a bit of a learning curve for Mark to go from player to coach, but I think he will become...

Just finished reading his book. What a great read, although not as good as the Water Boy. It's amazing to hear just how bad he got after his last injury. I was interested to read that he almost had a 10 year deal in B.C.

It was because of Doug Flutie that I became a Lions/CFL fan. He brought an exceitment to the game that no other player has and it was a shame to see him go to Calgary.

Washington should start at nickel back. He's a vet who still has a little left in the gas tank. He is also the most technically sound tackler I have ever seen.

Not surprised but I am disapointed. Tony was a class act and very friendly every time I talked to him. Since he came back from his injuries his routes just wern't as crisp, maybe his knees are not 100% or maybe he had some mental issues as a result of his injuries and just couldn't run his cuts the ...
