What a great game! Too bad BC didn't get the two points.....but it sure was fun to watch. Too bad the defence didn't show up on the first day the offence decided to. Gotta give a lot of credit to Burris, though....a lot of heart and determination. If he came up with the effort and smarts he had toda...

Not to mention, the A-Leauge champs, and the WHL champs!!! Maybe a Memorial cup too!

TSN coverage is simply blowing away CBC. CBC sports in general is eroding...all the best talent is fleeing to TSN and elsewhere...and the production value, which once set the standard, is getting worse and worse. The execs have a woody for the news dept., and sappy shows like Road to Avonlea. Most o...

My biggest concern is what does the Bombers have to offer up besdies futures that the Lions would be interested in?
That's the problem. Let me take my CFL glasses off, and put my Lions glasses back on........OK......you are are right, WPG likely has nothing to offer the Lions. :sigh:

Haven't followed this post from the beginning but here's a thought:
Dickensen goes to Winnipeg, the Peg has a turnaround season, makes the crossover, and hosts BC in the Cup.....Dickensen VS Printers!

Wow, if they offer CP 750K per season, I'd be shocked! The cap will only be reflective of what the teams are spending today. I can't see CP getting any more than 450K per season, if indeed he is interested at all. Remind me of this post next year if I am wrong!

I still like the idea of the one trophy being awarded on a temporary basis to the winning team each year. It somehow makes the trophy more sacred, or something.

I can't get very excited about a Division Championship trophy. Not in a nine team league. The only one that counts, the one with a history richer than any North American sports trophy.......is the Grey Cup. I don't think there should even be a Division Championship trophy. What's the deal with the i...

I like the Stamps to win today. Last weeks domination of the Esks was no fluke. I can't see the Esks impotent offence suddenly turning it on today. They have been winning on defence, special teams, and luck for a while now. BTW, the gametime temperature should be around -1 deg C, under cloudy skies,...

CP didn't look very good last night. Too many deep balls, and most of those were overthrown. I like the excitement that CP brings to the game, but I think DD would have been a much better choice against Edm, given the way the Edm defence was covering the Lions passing game. DD's more accurate passin...
